Committed to her passion, Nica decided to invest her efforts full-time outside her corporate job as a Digital Marketing Brand Manager, with the support of her fiancé, Quang Che. This event features luxury brands such as Hermes, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton and consistently sees the bags selling out within minutes, highlighting the brand's success and market fit.

This innovative approach has helped grow a substantial online following, with hundreds of thousands across various platforms, turning FashioNica into a profitable venture that allowed both Nica and Quang to focus solely on expanding their business. Nica leads as CEO, and Quang as CFO and CTO, guiding the company towards multi-million dollar revenues.
